I have lived in the same apartment for 9 years. About 3 years ago Prime purchased the property and I have had nothing... but trouble. The last incident involved me coming home to Prime's maintinance man drinking on my porch with another woman (no idea why he was there, doesn't live in the building and neither does the woman). They were blocking the entrance to my apartment. After asking them to allow me entrance I explained that I would call 911. Two days later I received an email telling me that my lease (month to month) would not be renewed. Clay Jamieson, their property manager, has been extremely difficult to work with and if you are considering renting one of their units I would suggest you look elsewhere.read more

So I know this option might not be for everyone but turned out to be a great option for us. We had a rent house that... we had had for 20+ years and decided to sell it when our renters recently moved. The house needed a lot of work so I contacted Mike. After we discussed it, we decided to sell Prime the house as we were fairly sure we would have a difficult time finding someone to do the work that needed to be done plus was going to be expensive to do. This option allowed us to avoid ALL closing costs.. repair costs...inspections.....commissions etc! When Mike told me they would make this really easy....he meant it ...could not have been easier. The only thing they asked me to do was to open the house a couple of times so that they could get in. If you think this option might work for you I highly recommend the Prime guys!!read more

My experience was a very clean transaction. This group under promised and over delivered. Closed in under 3 weeks... after offer was accepted. I got offers from 8 different companies. Prime was the highest legitimate offer as they are a direct home purchaser and not a reseller/marketer.read more

We received a card with an offer to buy our duplex. We get this stuff all the time, so normally would have thought,... "Thanks, but no thanks." This time it was timely as our daughter and on-site manager were relocating to a new city, and we were not able to manage it without help. We thought it a good time to sell. I gave Mike Corswandt a call and he came out to see the house. We agreed on a fair price for us both and the deal happened as advertised.
